The Huff Team completed construction for the RedRose Montessori Preschool in Mountain House, CA.
This project included the ground-up construction of a 12,560 square-foot preschool on a 3-acre parcel.
Features of the RedRose Montessori Preschool include 11 classrooms, office spaces, a teacher’s lounge, and a full-service commercial kitchen. In addition, there is a 9,797 square-foot play area with artificial turf and a low-impact rubber floor surface.

Last month, the Huff Team completed the construction of a 5,469 square foot custom home with 4,184 square feet of living space within the beautiful Schaffer’s Mill community in Truckee, CA.
This custom home features a spacious open floor design with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and a bunk room for the kids.
The home’s exterior features a variety of materials and finishes influenced by the greater Truckee-Tahoe region with stone veneer, stained cedar siding and trim, and black window frames. This custom home sits on one of the most spacious homesites within Schaffer’s Mill Golf and Lake Club, creating a private retreat for families to enjoy. With plenty of native trees and gentle terrain, this can only be described as quintessential Tahoe.
The custom features of this home are a perfect blend of traditional Tahoe and mountain-modern architecture. Everything is built with Huff Construction’s finest craftsmanship that will last for generations to come.

Summer is here and construction is in full swing at the Village at Gray’s Crossing project in Truckee, CA.
The residences at the Village at Gray’s Crossing embody mountain modern living at its finest as they feature 3 bedrooms, 3-4 baths, and range between 1,893 sq. ft. and 2,573 sq. ft.
One year ago, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Archway Commons II Affordable Housing Community in Modesto, CA alongside our client EAH Housing.
We are grateful & excited to share the Huff Team’s incredible progress over a year for the second phase of this affordable housing community.
This project features nine wood-framed, two-story apartment buildings that encompass 70,465 square feet. In total, this phase will bring 74 new 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom affordable rental apartments to our hometown. Archway Commons II is being constructed to achieve a GreenPoint Platinum rating. The community will have a reduced carbon footprint with the help of solar photovoltaic panels installed over roofs and parking canopies.

Last week we celebrated the groundbreaking for Guard Dog Self Storage in Galt, CA.
This development is on 6.4-acres and includes the ground-up construction of 6 metal self-storage buildings which encompasses 69,270 square feet.
In total, this self-storage facility will hold 625 storage units including 20 accessible units and 93 RV parking spaces. We had a great time celebrating with our clients, their friends & family, and local government officials. Now, let’s get to work!
