Reaching New Heights: Structural Steel Rises at the New JS West Headquarters

The new JS West & Companies headquarters in Modesto is progressing on schedule. Following the initial foundation pour, the Huff Construction team and our trade partners have officially transitioned into the vertical construction phase of this 63,000-square-foot Class A office building.

Structural Steel Erection Completed

Our ironworker trade partners have successfully erected the structural steel framework. Every beam placed advanced the delivery of this four-story facility. Safety and quality remained our primary focus during every structural lift.

The Design-Build Vision

Delivered through a design-build partnership with DAHLIN Architecture, this facility will consolidate JS West & Co.’s operations into a single, modern workspace. The building’s design emphasizes efficiency, comfort, and flexibility to support their long-term growth. Once completed, the interior will feature a mix of open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and employee-focused amenities. The surrounding site will include new parking, landscaping, walkways, and other improvements that complete the new corporate campus.

A Local Partnership

JS West & Co. is a Modesto-based company. We value the opportunity to partner with a local organization that shares our commitment to the Central Valley.
