This mixed-income project includes 117 units for low-income households and 39 units for special needs residents, along with thoughtfully designed amenities such as a clubhouse, business center, central laundry, recreation areas, and a swimming pool. Every element has been planned to support both quality of life and long-term community connection.

Huff Construction is proud to partner once again with The Richman Group, a valued repeat client. Devonwood marks our second affordable housing project with The Richman Group in Merced. Previously, we completed The Retreat Affordable Housing, a 119-unit development located just across town. That project achieved GreenPoint Gold certification and featured amenities like solar canopies, a pet area, community garden, and EV charging stations.
