StorQuest Self-Storage Phase II Breaks Ground in Fresno
Construction is underway on the second phase of the StorQuest Self-Storage facility in Fresno, California.
Phase II includes five single-story metal buildings totaling 53,100 square feet, with individual structures ranging from 2,200 to 19,800 square feet. The project will deliver 435 storage units across the 3.38-acre site and includes sitework such as grading, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, fencing, gates, landscaping, and site lighting.
