Redefining Coastal Luxury
Spanning 95,263 square feet, this ground-up construction project was a massive feat of engineering and craftsmanship. The foundation of the project relies on a robust structural concrete podium, which was specifically engineered to accommodate a full subterranean parking garage.
Above the podium, our team constructed a 4-story wood-framed structure. The exterior demands precision craftsmanship, featuring smooth plaster finishes, sweeping architectural arches, and a traditional clay tile roof that creates a timeless Spanish-influence fitting for the Monterey Peninsula.
Inside, the transition from heavy structural construction to high-end finishes is seamless. From the intricate custom millwork and grand arched windows in the lobby to the six luxury suites, every detail was executed to redefine luxury hospitality.
