New, ground-up construction of the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant in Pacific Grove, CA.
The Kimpton Hotel, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Luxury & Lifestyle Collection, will be a true gem in Pacific Grove. With 95,263 square feet spread across four stories on top of a concrete podium, it will offer 101 guest rooms, including six suites, and redefine luxury hospitality in the region. This project also includes a subterranean parking garage, ensuring convenience and accessibility for guests.
The hotel’s Spanish-influenced architecture, designed by RRM Design Group, creates a timeless ambiance that seamlessly blends tradition with modern comfort. Some features and amenities of the Kimpton Hotel include a restaurant, outdoor dining space, an inviting courtyard, and indoor event/banquet space.
