StorQuest Self Storage Fresno Expansion

Huff Construction is building the second phase of the StorQuest Self Storage facility in Fresno, CA. The project includes 435 storage units across five single-story metal buildings totaling 53,100 square feet on a 3.38-acre site. Each building includes slab-on-grade foundations, structural steel framing, standing seam metal roofing, and metal panel siding.

The scope of work includes full site development: grading, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, perimeter fencing, motorized access gates, landscaping, and site lighting. Each building is protected by a fire sprinkler system, and two buildings include split-system HVAC units to accommodate climate-controlled storage.
