Ground up construction of 84 Mountain Lodges for Schaffer’s Mill in Truckee, CA which will be completed in multiple phases. The Schaffer’s Mill Mountain Lodges have three to four bedrooms and have ample space for family time as they range in size from 2,000 to 3,100 square feet. The buildings have the latest smart technology including thermostat controls, locks, and interior lighting.
