River Canyon is a 156-unit residential community located in Merced. This ground-up construction project features five 3-story residential buildings and a 1-story community building. The development provides 117 units for families and 39 units tailored specifically for special needs residents.
The Huff team delivered a high-quality finish across all unit types, which include one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans.
