Project Description
This 79-unit senior affordable housing community consists of a new four-story, Type VA wood-framed structure with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. The building includes common areas, utility spaces, and a central courtyard with raised garden beds, lounge seating, and bocce ball court.
Site improvements include surface parking with 87 stalls, exterior and secure interior bike storage, utility infrastructure, and ADA-compliant access throughout. The U-shaped layout maximizes natural light and resident interaction, while the exterior features a mix of fiber cement siding profiles, exposed rafter tails, and decorative brackets. Construction scope includes all labor, materials, and services necessary to deliver a fully warrantable and code-compliant building per the project’s plans and specifications.
