Project Description
Located at the corner of E. Charter Way and S. Pilgrim Street in Stockton, Oasis Car Wash is a new ground-up development delivering a modern, express car wash facility.
This project includes the construction of a 4,314 square foot car wash tunnel, two self-pay kiosks, nine vacuum stations, and a dedicated equipment room. All improvements are situated on a 0.67-acre commercial site, with site work that includes new drive aisles, hardscape, and minimal landscaping.
Huff Construction is leading the design-build delivery of this project in collaboration with ARCHITECHNICA, the project architect. From preconstruction through final completion, Huff is managing all phases of coordination, construction, and quality control to bring this new facility to life.
