Project Description
The Mtn Scout Truckee is a new 129-room boutique hotel located within the Village at Gray’s Crossing in Truckee, CA.
This ground-up, multi-story hotel will feature guest rooms and suites, a lobby-level restaurant and bar, a third-floor whiskey lounge known as Tunnel 6, an event hall with outdoor patios and gardens, a fitness center, and valet gear storage. Outdoor amenities will include courtyard hot tubs, fire pits, and communal gathering spaces to support a vibrant après culture year-round.
The project includes all associated site improvements, such as new utility infrastructure, ADA-accessible pathways, hardscape, and landscape integration with the surrounding Gray’s Crossing community. Construction scope encompasses all labor, materials, and services necessary to deliver a fully warrantable and code-compliant hotel per the project’s plans and specifications.
