Welcome to Avena Bella II Affordable Housing, a testament to Huff Construction’s commitment to delivering exceptional affordable housing and living spaces in collaboration with our valued client, EAH Housing.
Throughout 13 months of dedicated work, the Huff Team meticulously constructed 61 thoughtfully designed units, encompassing 69,789 sq. ft. within two wood-framed structures featuring stucco exteriors and tasteful Spanish tile roofs. Avena Bella II is a testament to our unwavering dedication to craftsmanship and construction expertise.
Our collaboration with EAH Housing allowed us to prioritize sustainability, and as a result, Avena Bella II proudly boasts the prestigious LEED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This certification reflects our shared commitment to environmental responsibility. Key energy-efficient features, such as a solar thermal hot water system and photovoltaic panels, exemplify our dedication to creating an energy-efficient and environmentally conscious community.
Beyond the physical structures, Avena Bella fosters a thriving community environment. Residents enjoy the inviting exterior picnic area, designed to promote connections and camaraderie. The meticulously crafted playground with multiple play structures sparks joy and imagination among children.
