Spanning a 0.67-acre commercial site, this project was delivered through our proven design-build process. By leading the project from preconstruction through final completion, our team ensured that the technical requirements of the wash equipment were seamlessly integrated into the building’s structural and site plans.
The facility features a 4,314-square-foot express car wash tunnel designed for high-volume throughput. Our team managed all coordination for the specialized equipment rooms and utilities required to power the advanced washing technology housed within the structure.
