The Facade Takes Shape at JS West Headquarters

The new JS West & Companies headquarters in Modesto continues to take shape. With the four-story structural steel framework now standing, the Huff Construction team and our trade partners have moved into the next phase of construction, building out the exterior facade.

Progress You Can See

With the structural steel frame set, our crews have moved into setting precast concrete tilt-up panels finished with a brick veneer. Delivered through a design-build partnership with DAHLIN Architecture, these panels are adding texture and durability to the building envelope while keeping pace with an efficient tilt-up erection sequence, steel and precast working together, panel by panel.

Celebrating the Crew Behind the Progress

Seeing this four-story structure rise safely and efficiently is a testament to the skill and teamwork happening on this site every single day. To celebrate the completion of the structural steel framework, the Huff team hosted an on-site BBQ with The Twisted Pig, a chance to bring the crew and trade partners together and say thank you for the craftsmanship and commitment that got the structure to this point.
