A Community Built to Serve Those Who Served

Located in Marina, CA, Lightfighter Village is the ground-up construction of a three-story, 71-unit housing community on 2.3 acres. The unit mix includes 64 studio apartments and 7 two-bedroom family apartments, rented to low- and extremely-low-income veterans. Every element of the campus was designed with residents’ well-being in mind, from private living spaces to shared amenities that foster connection and support.

Amenities Designed for Well-Being

Residents have access to supportive services along with a community room, computer lab, meditation room, fitness room, and laundry facility. The campus also features a community garden, play structure, community courtyard, pet wash station, and solar carports, amenities chosen to support the physical, mental, and social well-being of the veterans who call Lightfighter Village home.

A Team Effort

We are grateful to our client, EAH Housing, our dedicated trade partners, and the entire Huff Construction team for helping bring this supportive environment to life. This recognition reflects the commitment of everyone involved, from design through construction, to building a place where veterans can thrive.
