Tracy Self Storage

The Tracy Self Storage project was built by Tom Cosentino, owner and partner of Huff Metal Buildings, in 1999. It has 5 metal buildings that total 65,125 square feet of self-storage space. The facility has approximately 125 RV and Boat storage spaces. All of the storage units are ADA accessible. The wood-framed office includes a living space that houses the onsite managers.
