French Camp Truck Terminal

Ground-up construction for a truck shop facility in French Camp, CA. This project features a 13,520 square-foot metal building to be used as a commercial truck shop which includes 4 truck bays, an oil change service pit, office space, and restrooms. The project is located on a 15-acre parcel and our scope of work includes the development of approximately 5 acres. Site improvements include 39 truck parking spaces, standard and ADA parking, future electric vehicle charging stations, 3 bio-retention ponds, a 13,000-gallon above-ground fire water storage tank, a pump house, and landscaping throughout the site.
