Huff Construction is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, their families, and our communities. We have been following the spread of COVID-19 and after consideration, our business operations and projects will be continuing as we follow recommendations and guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control and our local, state, and federal governments. While there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 on our projects or in our office, Huff Construction is taking action to minimize the risk of infection and spread of coronavirus.We have encouraged our employees to work remotely where possible and we have increased the amount our office gets sanitized and disinfected. We have also canceled or postponed meetings and events of 10 or more people, especially those over the age of 65.
In times like these, we truly get to see the power of our community. Here at Huff, we are confident that we will overcome this and began to move forward. As this virus is a serious test, it is nothing compared to the strength of human innovation. We are all in this together, and we will get through this together.
