We are excited to share a progress update on the new Oasis Car Wash, currently under construction in Stockton, CA. Our team has been making steady progress transforming this 0.67-acre commercial site into a modern express car wash facility, and we are now closing in on the finish line.
Design-Build: Streamlining the Process
For this project, Huff Construction is utilizing our Design-Build delivery method. We know that getting a project out of the ground is one of the hardest parts of commercial development. That’s why our approach brings the entire team: architect, engineers, consultants, builder, and owner together early to streamline the path to construction.
By partnering closely with the project architect, ARCHITECHNICA, from the very beginning, we were able to align the design with constructability, keep budgets in check, and get to construction faster. This collaboration has allowed us to maintain a steady, efficient workflow from start to finish, minimizing delays and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Taking Shape
The 4,314 square foot facility is rapidly coming together. The express wash tunnel structure is complete with the car wash equipment being installed, exterior finishes, including the vibrant blue tower accents, are being applied, and the site concrete is curing.
