A Landmark Development for Modesto
Located at 3001 Health Care Way within the Kiernan Business Park Specific Plan, the new JS West Campus will span 6.32 acres and feature a four-story, 63,000-square-foot Class A office building, the first of its kind in Modesto. Designed in an industrial-modern style by Dahlin Architecture, the headquarters will blend expansive glass frontage, warm brick cladding, and steel accents, honoring Modesto’s historical and industrial roots while embracing a forward-looking vision for the region. Three floors of Class A office space, with two serving as JS West’s new corporate headquarters

A preserved JS West agricultural silo thoughtfully integrated into the new campus as a nod to the company’s long-standing local presence
Future site plans include a retail village envisioned as a vibrant mix of shops and plaza spaces that will enhance the campus as a community destination and strengthen local economic growth.
Design-Build Collaboration
Huff Construction is serving as the design-build partner, working closely with JS West & Companies and Dahlin Architecture from concept through completion to ensure an efficient, coordinated, and high-quality delivery process. This collaborative model fosters open communication and shared accountability, resulting in a streamlined construction experience that brings design and execution together under one unified team.

The official Groundbreaking Ceremony will take place on November 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the project site in Modesto.
